When FIRE-FLOW\u2122 Vertriebs- & Marketing GmbH knocked on our door, one thing was immediately clear: things were heating up, in the best possible way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Germany and Austria’s leading go-to distributor for Clipper lighters, with their laid-back attitude and genuine love for smoking and cannabis culture, fit our creative mindset like a glove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, the mission was clear: We weren’t just moving their shop to Shopware 6. We were building something new: fresh design, a system built to last, and tailored B2B solutions from top to bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sounds simple? Not quite. One look at the full spec sheet told us this job needed precision. Individual customer groups, tailored shipping solutions, a deep-dive statistics tool \u2013 FIRE-FLOW\u2122 runs a tight operation, and the new shop had to match that standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal? Move every function, every detail, every custom-built feature from Shopware 5 into the new setup. And optimize it all while we’re at it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The first thing you notice: the completely reworked design. Cleaner, sharper, easier to navigate. That’s the new FIRE-FLOW\u2122 shop. But that was only the beginning. The real challenge sat in the highly specific features that make FIRE-FLOW\u2122 tick day to day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A complex tiered pricing system for different customer groups. Country-specific product access. A custom-coded statistics tool that reaches deep into the database. We moved all of it into the new environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And it didn’t stop there: we wired up Pickware warehouse management, shipping software with hazardous goods handling, plus connections to Brevo, Datev, and the CDH ERP system. Seriously demanding setup. We nailed it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
